Driving Directions

The FEMCI Workshop 2006 will be held onsite at the NASA Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, Maryland, just northeast of Washington, DC. For directions, choose below how you plan to arrive at Goddard.

From Washington, DC:
Take the Baltimore-Washington Parkway (MD-295) North to Greenbelt Road (MD-193). The BW Parkway can be reached by the Capitol Beltway (I-495) exit 22A (watch the signs for Greenbelt Road carefully). Take Greenbelt Road East for approximately two miles. The main gate will be on the left at the first traffic light after the Cipriano Road stop light.

From Baltimore:
Take the Baltimore-Washington Parkway (MD-295) South to the Greenbelt exit, about a half mile past the NASA Goddard Employees exit (do not use the employees exit!). Turn left at the light at the top of the exit ramp and then left onto Greenbelt Road (MD-193) at the next light. Take Greenbelt Road East for approximately two miles. The main gate will be on the left at the first traffic light after the Cipriano Road stop light.

Once at Goddard, go to the Main Gate to pick up your security pass. It is a short drive to Building 1 from the gate. Security will show you where to park.
